Park Plaza London, Park Royal

Fantastic, friendly staff. Great rooms and facilities. Secure parking with security. Great location for tubes into Central London. Appreciated the offer of a £10 food voucher, or a free bottle of wine to accept the environmental promotion of not having housekeeping clean every day for my 2 day stay.

Our stay at the Park Plaza London, Park Royal from January 24th to January 31st was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. Room: The rooms were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, it's noteworthy that complimentary water was only provided on the first day, and we had to purchase water every subsequent day. I hope in the future the hotel could consider providing at least two bottles of water on a daily basis, as is customary in many hotels, to further enhance guest convenience and comfort. Location: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient for accessing the city, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore London. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was tasty and of good quality. However, it's worth noting that the menu remained the same throughout our stay. A little variety in the breakfast options would have been appreciated, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Staff: The staff at Park Plaza London, Park Royal were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their willingness to facilitate an early check-in at 12 pm instead of the standard 2 pm was much appreciated and indicative of their excellent customer service. Overall: Despite the minor issue with the breakfast menu, the advantages of staying at this hotel far outweigh it. The combination of cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding staff service makes Park Plaza London, Park Royal a fantastic choice for both families and business travelers. I stayed at this amazing hotel for nearly 3 weeks now, and I have to say their service is outstanding! The staff is incredibly helpful, and the room size is generous, especially for London standards. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a studio room, which was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean. The hotel has a delightful aroma as soon as you step into the lobby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from public transport, making it easy to get around. While it's a bit far from the city center, public transport makes it accessible. The entire staff is friendly, and Nina stood out for being sweet and professional. I can't wait to go back! Their checkout time of 12 pm is a bonus compared to other London hotels where it's usually 10 or 11 am.

The aesthetic of the hotel is very modern and the staff is very very welcoming and go out of their way to provide their clients a pleasant stay. We also booked a taxi with the staff at reception and they guided us throughout the whole process. They were very kind all throughout our stay. Park Royal is a very quiet area and we felt really safe there, even when passing the tunnel during late hours. The hotel is literally just below the train station which is optimal for those wishing to travel to London Central I also like the fact that the hotel chain is taking up some eco initiatives. We opted for an Eco program, in which housekeeping won't be provided (except needed toiletries and other emergencies) and for that we either receive wine, a restaurant voucher or Radisson points!

it was a lovely stay. hotel is lovely and clean. perfect location to the tube, just literally 2 mins away, exactly opposite the hotel. 30 mins to Oxford street on tube. breakfast was lovely. limited parking, we were lucky to get a space on a Saturday, but there was plenty on the Sunday available when we left. would definitely stay here again.
